Korean Upper Management (KUM)

Somehow, I don’t know if the company that signs my checks understands how to do business in America.  Granted, they hold the top position in their respective field in all of Asia, but when it comes to dealing in America, they’re a small fish.

Recently, they’ve decided to alter the commission and incentive structure by reducing the earning capabilities of the sales force and increasing the quotas.  How the hell does that work?  In theory, I guess it sounds right, but I don’t live in Theoryland; I live in the United States of Mother Lovin’ America!
